but we highly recommend it.)
KitchenDraw V4.5 at Expo:
We will be previewing the next version of KitchenDraw at the
Expo show next weekend.
This new version will be of particular interest to planners who
require the following from their planning system:
- The ability to plan kitchens/bathrooms/bedrooms using worktops,
carcasses and doors from separate manufacturers. This new feature
will allow you to mix and match carcass, worktop and door manufacturers
- producing quotes for customers showing complete or separate
prices, whilst producing automatic orders for each manufacturer.
- The ability to produce parts lists and/or cutting lists from
the plan. This new feature will allow the production of complete
printed lists, or will integrate with board optimisation systems
such as Linkwood or Magicut.
- The ability to run multiple machines in the same studio AT
NO EXTRA COST. This enhanced feature will allow you to run multiple
copies of KitchenDraw on as many machines as you need in the studio
- as long as they are networked together. The system will automatically
synchronise catalogues and scenes between machines to allow you
to keep all machines up to date. And all for the cost of one system
(ie to a maximum of approx £650 per year irrespective of
number of systems).
- The ability to create your own custom catalogues - including
the creation or importing of 3D drawings.
We will be presenting all of these features and more at the Show
- so make sure you pop along and see us on Stand 800.
New Catalogues:
During the next four weeks we will be releasing some new bathroom
appliance catalogues - containing drawings of various showers
and sanitary ware items from the more popular manufacturers catalogues.
We will also be releasing our new Generic Bedroom catalogue.
In addition we will be announcing the availability of various
Kitchen Manufacturers catalogues.
So watch your e-mail for more information.
New Trade Magazine:
If you have not already done so, visit www.thekbzine.com for
the most up to date and easy to read trade announcements. The
KBZine is a trade magazine published weekly via e-mail. As such
it has up to the minute trade news as it happens, and contains
links to web pages full of detailed information should you wish
to read more.
Subscription to the magazine is free and you can subscribe on
their web site.
What's next?
Over the next few months we have new and exciting developments
for KitchenDraw which you will not find available with any other
planning software. These developments will be aimed at making
easier to present high quality plans to your customers in a variety
of formats which will be both simple to use and convenient for
the customer. More details of these features/facilities will be
published as they develop over the next few months.
